The Power of Advocacy

This special episode is focused on advocacy within the healthcare sector with two esteemed guests who have been at the forefront of advocacy efforts for NCMGMA:

• Melissa White, Practice Administrator at Newton Family Physicians, former NCMGMA president and current chair of the Advocacy Committee since 2017. Melissa has been a driving force in advocating for policies and initiatives that benefit healthcare practices and patients alike.
• Jacob A. Rodman, CEO of Raleigh Neurosurgical Clinic, former NCMGMA president joined Melissa as a co-chair of the Advocacy Committee in 2019. Jacob brings a wealth of experience and insight into the challenges and opportunities in healthcare advocacy.
